This workshop will offer simple yoga practices to relieve the fatigue and stiffness that comes from spending long hours in confined spaces. In the office, in small hotel rooms, on the road, and in flight, there are creative ways to stretch in every situation. Even when you have to remain seated for several hours such as when driving long distances or when in an aircraft there are ways to mobilize most areas of your body and prevent stiffness from setting in.
In addition you will learn an effective and enjoyable yoga practice you can use to alleviate the effects of Jet Lag.
