Great News! The popular “Yoga From The Start” one day Retreat is on again, March 15th. The venue is the Yoga Now Retreats studio in beautiful Bonogin, a tranquil bush setting with all amenities. 9.30 am to 2.30 pm or 3pm. Delicious organic lunch included.
“Yoga From The Start” is specifically designed and taught by Jan O’Donoghue to cater for new beginners and those who have been curious about yoga but have never got around to starting. It also suits those who have done a little but would like clarity on how to accurately and safely do the basic yoga poses, and those who may be concerned about health issues. As an insight our previous “Yoga From The Start” Retreat included men and women of all ages, many brand new to yoga, several with some experience and a number with injuries and internal ailments that needed special attention and assistance so that the student could proceed safely and confidently. No-one need feel that they are not fit to do this Retreat. Jan’s long and extensive teaching career has given her the skills to ensure that everyone receives the necessary attention and learns in a way that is appropiate for them. Before another year passes get started in yoga with a solid grounding and plenty of inspiration.
