“Finding The Calm”, a Workshop with Jan O’Donoghue on rediscovering stillness, peace and calm in an overly busy world.
This is your chance to step aside from your normal busy, pressured routine and learn how to arrive at the point where time stops and you can deeply rest. More and more the actual state of stillness is becoming a lost art. In a life filled with noise and an ever increasing demand on your energy, your time and your commitments it’s easy to forget that this is not the normal, healthy human state.
In this workshop you will stretch open, feel the flow of new regenerative life and totally remove yourself from busyness. You will learn how to repeat this experience at will and how to decide which poses and in what sequence are the best for your current situation.
Recovery from illness, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Fatigue, Fybromyalgia, Thyroid malfunction, Depression, Hormonal Fluctuations, high or low blood pressure, mental vagueness, parenting overload, executive burnout, inability for that mind to switch off.
Perfectly stress free and healthy? Then simply treasure the two and a half hour experience of truly being yourself. For this precious time you are fully supported and stretched open, deeply relaxed and freed of all outside distractions.
“Finding The Calm” workshop is Sunday November 23 from 9.30 am to 12 pm. Suitable for all levels.
Bookings necessary by November 19 with deposit $25 or full fee $55.
