On Sunday we will take a selection of yoga asanas from the main categories and explore how to do each pose in a variety of different ways with the aim being to give you a new experience each time. You will learn how to use different props and varying approaches to enable you to probe deeper into the asana and to improve your ability. Plus you can find methods that you particularly like, those that make you feel good and work best for your body and mind. Practice these during the holidays.

The morning will end with Savasana, the pose of deep, still relaxation. Jan will explain how you can get closer to that elusive state where the mind really does retreat allowing you to experience the depth of mental peace. You will then relax guided by some new techniques and knowledge to help you drop deeper into serenity and calm.
