Computer Slouch and I Phone Hunch are a pain in the neck, literally. The poor posture leads to pain and restriction in the upper back, shoulders and neck and commonly headaches and fatigue. Often the wrists and eyes also suffer. Find the solution to this ongoing problem for yourself and your family at the next Workshop with Jan O’Donoghue at Gold Coast School Of Iyengar Yoga.  Date August 28. Time 9.30 am to 12 noon. The main focus of this workshop is to teach you how to permanently improve your posture, particularly when you are working at the computer or using your phone. Special techniques will be taught which, when applied, make it impossible to slouch. You’ll find yourself breathing much more deeply and efficiently and able to shift brain fatigue. You will also be shown how to remove the strain from your eyes.

Next there will be a program of yoga poses especially chosen and adapted to reinforce what you have learned about your posture. These very effective poses release tension from your back, neck and shoulders and strengthen your abdominal muscles.
