For all who wish to take their yoga experience to a deeper level, improve their breathing, immunity and mental state: Pranyama for term 4 commences on October 29th. Course runs for six weeks Fridays, 6am to 7am. Pranayama is controlled, refined breathing which directs and distributes the life energy. Its effects are strengthening for the lungs and toning for the nerves. It removes one from stress and gives the experience of deep peace and quiet. Pranayama is a prelude to meditation.
