The body’s natural reaction to stress results in physical tension which accumulates in different areas for different people. This Workshop, Effects Of Stress On The Body, will help you to understand your own physical reactions and to feel with your fingers where that tension sits and how to release it. You will discover and feel how tension in one area can cause pain in another seemingly unrelated area. You will learn skills to break the cycle of mental stress causing physical aches and pains.
