Pranayama Course commences Friday February 19, 6 am to 7 am for five weeks. Pranayama is the science and art of yogic breathing for effective distribution of the life energy. The process of normal breathing is changed to become very deep, controlled and refined. This develops a powerful, energy charged state bringing the practitioner to experience deep stillness and peace.
