Gain lots of creative ideas you can use at home to go further with your stretches, even if you don’t own wall ropes. Perform standing poses, forward bends, abdominals, twists, backbends and upside downs with the ropes to assist you, guide you and help you to stretch with accuracy and safety. Go further with Fun.
