This workshop will give you skills to gain responsivenss and control over various abdominal muscles and pliability in the diaphragm resulting in greater mental focus and breath control. You can use your skills to lower tension and to relax your brain. Learn also how your diaphragm reacts to physical or emotional pain, stress, anxiety or anger and what you can do about this reaction. PLUS discover how your spinal alignment is important to your brain’s breath control centre. Mindfulness with breath control is a powerful combination.
