This coming week sees the end of a busy year at Gold Coast School Of Iyengar Yoga. A number of new students have been welcomed and some of the regular beginner students have made the transition to the more advanced levels. The nature of the teaching is to help students advance steadily with understanding. Once students learn how to cater for any limitations they may have then nothing can hold them back.
Please ensure that you have put in your enrollment for Term 1 next year. Commencement date is January 27. There are Holiday Classes offered on January 13 and 14 and also January 20 and 21 at the usual times. Come to any class that suits your schedule as there are no levels during Holiday Classes.
For the end of 2014 we have Term 4 concluding on Tuesday 16. Thursday 18 is a Holiday Class at 9.30 am as usual. Please note however that the venue for this class only has been changed to Jan’s Private Studio. For address details please contact Jan via the Contact Us page on the website.
