There are two Workshops this month,one on Backbends and one on Forward Bends. They complement each other and will help you to construct your own practice. No more waste of time wondering what to do.
Also, a follow-up to the women's health workshop held on 27/8 has been requested, so another opportunity to get this valuable information.

Great getaway day for all levels. Gives a taste of the broad spectrum of yoga from the dynamic work to restorative, breathing and meditation. A much wider experience than can be given in the normal class situation.

Early morning course recommences Friday 14th October, 6am to 7am.
Course runs for six weeks.

| "Light On Yoga" Practice Day at G.C.S.I.Y. Saturday 27th May,
9.30 am to noon.
This workshop is intended to give students the experience of practising asanas with the timings and the flow prescribed by the practice courses in Mr.Iyengar's great classic work, "Light on Yoga".
The asanas given on the day are from the first 40 weeks of the courses.

| All about your knees and hips! This workshop will teach you how to care for injuries and for problems like sciatica or knee rehabilitation. Plus you will learn a therapy sequence to gain greater mobility.

| Happy New Year to all. Holiday classes will commence on January 13th, $17 per class.
Schedule is a little different from normal:
Tuesdays; 13th,20th and 27th at 9.30 am and 7 pm
Thursdays; 15th, 22nd and 29th at 9.30am
Wednesday 28th at 7pm
No levels. Any student may attend any class.
Term 1 '09 commences February 2nd with full schedule as normal, including Monday am and pm classes.
